1. Builder Account Registration

By initializing a node/profile on Hoollow, you agree to:

• Provide accurate credentials and maintain the security of your dynamic session keys and passwords.
• Only link external integrations (GitHub, LinkedIn, Dribbble) that you explicitly own and contribute to. Fake linkages or sybil profiles are strictly terminated.
• Take full responsibility for all logs, code, text, comments, and assets uploaded from your profile.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Showcase

You retain absolute ownership of all projects, descriptions, and code assets you upload to Hoollow. By displaying them publicly, you grant Hoollow a non-exclusive, global license to index, render, and feature your shipped builds in our feed, SEO sitemaps, and promotional materials.

3. Network Code of Conduct

Hoollow is a collaborative ecosystem designed to elevate builders. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against:

• Uploading malicious files, illegal materials, or adult content.
• Brute-forcing external APIs, scraping private endpoints, or gamifying ratings/ImpactXP metrics using bot nets.
• Harassment, abusive conduct, or toxic commentary within collaborative club chats and comment threads.
